This page explains how to request deletion of personal information held by Calibr Media LLC. Meta requires developers to provide this, and we provide it because you are entitled to it.

If You Submitted a Lead Form

If you filled out a form on a Facebook or Instagram advertisement and want your information removed:

Include:

1. The email address or phone number you submitted on the form
2. The name of the business whose advertisement you responded to, if you remember it

What happens next

• We confirm receipt within 2 business days
• We locate and permanently delete your record from our database within 30 days
• We notify the business that received your inquiry of the deletion request
• We email you to confirm when deletion is complete

If You Are a Calibr Media Client

Email wesconk@calibrmedia.com from the address on your account with the subject line "Delete My Data." We will delete your account data, campaign history, and all associated lead data within 30 days, except billing records we are required to retain for tax purposes.

You may also revoke our access to your Facebook Page and ad account at any time through Facebook Business Settings, which immediately stops any further data collection.

Removing App Access on Facebook

To remove Calibr Media's access to your Facebook account entirely:

1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
2. Find Calibr Media in the list
3. Click Remove

Removing app access stops future data collection but does not delete data already collected. Email us as described above to request deletion.
